Clubhouse announce several new features, including in-app recording finally.
The recording feature (called Replays) seems to come after Callin, a competing app, came out with a strong offering that has recording. They also released Clips (in beta) that allow anyone to share 30 second clips of public room, and spatial audio for Android. Clubhouse claims that over 700,000 rooms are created every day on the app. Link
