Andela, that helps companies build remote engineering teams, raises $200M led by SoftBank’s Vision Fund 2.
This round, their series E, gives them a $1.5B post-money valuation. Andela, a fully remote company, vets engineers from 80+ countries and pairs them with their clients, companies like GitHub, Cloudflare and ViacomCBS. They've raised $381M since being founded in Lagos, Nigeria in 2014 and have over 300 employees.
