Fortnite will not be returning to the iOS App Store anytime soon according to a series of tweets by Tim Sweeney, Epic's CEO. He revealed that Apple said they won't consider reinstating Epic's developer account until all legal appeals have concluded. The judge in the case said Apple is within its rights to terminate any Epic accounts it desires from the App Store. Epic already paid financial damages for breaching its contract. Sweeney claims Apple lied when they said they would reinstate Epic Games once the company played by the same rules as everybody else, which they now have done. Link
