Ericsson to acquire cloud communications firm Vonage for $6.2B. The all cash deal is the Swedish telecom equipment maker's largest acquisition to date. The $6.2B price is a 28% premium on Vonage's Friday close (the stock has now gone up after the acquisition was announced). Link
