Google lowers its Play Store subscription fees to 15% and fees for ebooks and on-demand music streaming services to "as low as 10%".
They're lowering their cut from 30% to 15% starting Jan. 1, 2022. They previously had a reduction only on the first $1M in revenue and for users who subscribed longer than a year. IAP aren't affected by this change. Google says 99% of developers on its platform qualify "qualify for a service fee of 15% or less". Link
