Apple is building a new 550K square foot office in LA to make more TV shows and movies.
The new buildings, located in Culver City, will be used for Apple TV+ production. Apple plans to add 3,000 employees in the Culver City campus by 2026. Apple said the new regional headquarters will be completely powered by renewable energy and "be a mixed use facility", apparently they'll primarily be soundstages. Link
