Zendesk to acquire Momentive, the parent company of SurveyMonkey, for ~$4B.
Zendesk ($14.3B market cap) announced they will buy experience management firm Momentive ($3.7B market cap) for $4B in stock, in its largest acquisition ever. They expect the deal to close in the first half of next year. Both companies' stock prices dropped following the news.
