In an attempt to compete with TikTok, Instagram Reels is getting aggressive in luring in good creators offering bonuses that can be over $10K. But creators are confused about what determines how big a bonus they can get, and the platform isn't helping clear up their concerns. Various creator have shared their numbers and there doesn't seem to be any understandable logic behind the bonuses.
