Valve quietly updates Steam's rules to ban blockchain games and NFTs.
Steam, one of the most well known game stores, apparently made the change because the company doesn't allow game items that could have real-world value and potentially exchange NFTs for real money. Valve hasn't made a statement explaining its reasons. Once this news broke, Epic Games' CEO tweeted that the Epic Games Store welcomes games that use the blockchain. Link
